Changing citations separators from , to '

Hello. Please tell me how to change comma used like separator in multiple citation to quote or other sign. Example 123,124,234 to 123'124'234

And specifically you'll want to change the delimiter, e.g. from

to
<layout vertical-align="sup" delimiter="'">

Thank You. I'm sorry maybe not explain correctly. In text citation in nature style are numbered and super scripted. Delimiter between in-text citations are comma. how to manage delimiter in in-text citation - comma be superscripted too. Thank You

They should be already. Which Zotero version, which word processor are you using?

Did you insert the adjacent citations as separate single-source citations or as one multi-source citation?

Thank You for the suggestion. Because author create a work with separate citations i use find and replace function of Word and change any "," in bibliography to superscripted ","
