attaching/uploading file to Discussion / comment

I am unable to upload a rtf file to a discussion thread ("zotfile tablet transfer error" - 2 days ago) - can't see how to resolve. Thanks

you can upload files as needed to any external site (Dropbox, GoogleDrive, owncloud, your personal webpage) and link to them. The forum doesn't have any file upload capabilities.
