Error 45919330

Hoi,
The issue happened as follows.

(Subscription ran out. Resubscribed.) Two users. One's computer won't download new sync info. One's won't upload new sync info. Error # came from the uploader.

On a related note, download user's Zotero has crashed whole computer a few times.
  • The errors in there are primarily about hitting the storage quota, which would be accompanied by a sync error message in Zotero saying as much. That wouldn't affect other library data, only files. If that's been cleared up (either by adding a storage subscription or disabling file sync), we'd want to see another Report ID after restarting Zotero.

    Re: crashing, do you mean crashing or freezing? If it's freezing, let Zotero run while it processes a large sync. (This won't happen anymore in Zotero 5.0, which will be out shortly with an entirely new sync architecture.)
