Upgrade StorageOld citations deleted when new ones added
Hello,
I'm using MS Word on Mac. When I added two references to the beginning on my document, the older citations that previously had those positions were replaced rather than bumped up two positions. However, it only happened once; when I added the missing citations again, the ones afterward were bumped up a few positions and the bibliography was updated properly. Does anyone know what was going on? I would prefer not to have that happen again (for my dissertation... I doubt I'll catch it a second time).

adamsmithI have not heard of that happening before and without any ability to replicate it, I don't think we'd be able to say what happened.
