Chrome extension not connecting

Hello,

With the Chrome extension, when I click the button to download the PDF it simply displays a box in the bottom right hand corner saying "Saving PDF", then it disappears and nothing happens. This is whilst I have Stand Alone Zotero open, and it should automatically be transferred to the Stand Alone window.

Any ideas?
