Upgrade StorageAPA doi correction
Currently with APA 6th edition selected, the doi format is "https://doi.org/xxxxxxx". The correct format according to the APA 6th edition publication manual is "doi:xxxxxxx".
As nice as it is to have it as a URL, it isn't what the manual calls for.
