    Is this happening every time, or just once?

    If just once and restarting Firefox fixes it, you can ignore.

    If it's happening every time, check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences, and if it's still happening, provide a Debug ID for Firefox startup through the error using the "Enable after restart" option in the Debug Output Logging pane.
