Upgrade StorageRestore library without SQLite ?

I had a bug with a computer. I wasn't able to make any backup or sync the most recent work on the database.
Now, the most recent thing I have is in a folder name "Files". That folder contains many other folder mark with numbers.
By any chances, is it possible to restore my library with that ?

noksagtNo. These are the attached files, but all of the bibliographic information is kept in the sqlite database.
