Feature suggestions: broaded the color range for tags

Tag colors are a great tool to organize your references. Alas, colors are currently limited to 9 hues (see https://1drv.ms/i/s!AjcfeFTi-VU3gTmZBHXVlA_DOnMv) and a very unbalanced selection w/o red for example.

It would be great if we were allowed a little more freedom to chose here.

There was some discussion a while back about adjusting the color palette, particularly to make the colors more accessible for color blind folks:

I don't believe a final decision was ever made.
