Upgrade StorageKeeping date in subsequent footnotes

I've tried poking around in the style document for Chicago Style but haven't been able to identify what I'm looking for. Sorry about that, and thanks in advance!
I would like to edit the style so that on subsequent citations of newspaper articles it displays the date of the article. Currently, it just shows the author and the short title.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
