Retrieving metadata brings a duplicate?

Hi there,

Recently I find that whenever I try to retrieve the metadata for a pdf file, it brings another duplicate. Did anyone come across this before? I searched a lot but still can't find a solution. Thanks for your help.

Btw, My Zotero version is 4.0.29.10 on Windows 7.

Can you provide a Report ID?

Do you have any other Zotero-related extensions installed?

Hi Dan,

Thanks for your reply. I can't provide a Report ID since it is not an error. Currently I have "Better Bib Tex" installed on Zotero.

Btw, the problem seems to be disappearing now and I've no idea about that.

You can always provide a Report ID, even when there's no error. It provides information we need to debug problems.

But if this does come back, you'd have to confirm that it happens with BBT and other extensions disabled.
