Difficulty opening up the Zotero tool bar in Office 365
I was curious to know if anyone had difficulty opening up the Zotero toolbar in office 365. I recently upgraded my Word to 365 and Mac OS to Sierra. When I went back to writing a paper, I no longer saw the toolbar that I was used to using. I can't even find a round about way to open or add Zotero citations while I am in word. I am a week away from needing to submit a paper and I am frustrated because I have spent many hours trying to figure out what happened to my Zotero word plugin after my recent updates. I have updated all my plugins in an attempt to trouble shoot the problem, but I have had little success. My plugins are Zotero 5.0 Beta and extension 3.5.14. I even tried changing my plugin preferences to the classical setting. If anyone has any insight into how to fix this problem I will be extremely grateful for your help. Thank you!
I followed the instructions and still couldn't get it going manually. When I searched for zotero on my computer the plugin doesn't show up under the plugin or extensions folder. I even searched for hidden folders and couldn't find it. I may try to download the stand alone Zotero and see if I fair better with that. Let me know if you have any other suggestions. Thank you.
