help with creation of AJNR style

Zotero is a great tool. Can someone help me generate a new citation style for AJNR or American Journal of Neuroradiology? It is similar to the existing AJR with 2 important differences. First, all references must be cited in the text in superscript. Second, deals with number of authors listed. All authors are listed when there are three or fewer; when four or more, the first three are listed with 'et al'.

Also, both the AJR and this new AJNR style requires the references to be double-spaced.
