Inactive zotero toolbar in mac LibreOffice

Hello, I have an issue trying to use zotero on LibreOffice ...
While trying to install the zotero LibreOffice integration from firefox, I always receive the same error message "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that LibreOffice/OpenOffice.org/NeoOffice is closed, and then restart Firefox."

I saw that installing the good Java environment could solve my problem but I still can't use the zotero toolbar in LibreOffice, it doesn't respond when I select the citation tool.

My system is macOS sierra 10.12, LibreOffice 5.1.6.2, JRE Oracle 1.8.0_111/JRE Oracle 1.8.0_112, Firefox 49.0.2. I'm quite stressed by this problem, thanks for your help!

    I can reproduce. This is likely caused by the newest JRE version not being properly supported by LO. You could try downgrading to JRE 1.8.0_101 and seeing if that helps.

    Here you should be looking at "Java SE Runtime Environment 8u101" and possibly "Java SE Development Kit 8u101" if JRE is not detected by LibreOffice. You can see the version of Java LO uses in Preferences > Advanced.

    It seems that you need to register on Oracle's website to be able to download the older versions.

    Still can't install the zotero LibreOffice integration when the 8u101 JRE is selected in Preferences > Advanced ... :(
