Upgrade Storage"My Library" is empty when I try to add citation
I have latest version of Firefox and use Microsoft Word for Mac 2011. All updated. I have Firefox open, and when I try to add a citation in a Word document (by clicking the insert zotero citation button) the contents of My Library do not appear in Classic View.

adamsmithAnd when you open Zotero in Firefox (by clicking on the Z icon at the top right) you see your library with items in it?

mr vanhmm, no i don't. apparently only when i log directly into zotero
