Recently identifier doesn't recognize isbns. Do not know for what reason. Happens with several isbns, different years and publisher.

Looking for any advice.

    We'd still want some examples. E.g. 978-0-300-07016-3 works for me -- does it work for you?
    If it doesn't, I'd try resetting translators from the advanced tab of the Zotero preferences.

    Hi Adam,
    i reset translators as well as styles, but did not solve the problem.
    Some examples:
    978-3-8360-8737-7
    3-87988-095-6
    978-3-86593-195-5

    How about the one I have above? Does that work? (asking because that's coming from a different catalog). Could you confirm your Zotero version please?

    update: Your example does not work either (978-0-300-07016-3)

    OK, and your Zotero version to speed things along? (It's in the error report, but only Dan sees those).

    This version of Zotero is over a year old. You should upgrade to the latest version from the download page and make sure extension auto-updating is enabled in Firefox.

    I'sorry, my fault. The machine is in my office and software is updated by our it-service. Seems that zotero has been forgotten.
