Upgrade StorageChange Display CItation from Footnote to Endnote
I mistakenly chose Footnote and now I cannot change it back to Endnote. Journal of the American Dietetic Association citation style is based on AMA and it uses endnotes inside parentheses. How can I fix this? I have removed both extensions and reinstalled them on both FF and OOO.
i have tried uninstalling both extensions and then rebooting before re-installing them.
