I am helping some students install Zotero on their MacBook Pro laptops. And while their Zotero standalone says that the Word plug in is installed, we do not see it when they open Word. Suggestions?
It'd be very helpful to spell out what exactly you have done. The directions almost certainly will at a minimum have the Zotero toolbar show up under add-ins in Word, so something isn't quite right, and a step-by-step is the best way for us to troubleshoot.
