Psychological Test

I need to cite a psychological test. Zotero does not seem to have an "Item Type" for test, survey or questionnaire.

Are there any workarounds? Can I add my own item type?

I think just using Webpage with "Measurement Instrument" in the "Website Type" field should give you good results. I understand that's not ideal in terms of categorizing it, but it's the best there is at the moment.

Not sure how we'd handle this in the future. There will be a dataset item type which would be a somewhat better fit, but I don't think we'll have a separate test/instrument item type.
In the medium run, there will likely be custom item types, but that will still take some time.

I always store measurement instruments and test manuals as Report and put the description in Report Type. (If you want the square brackets, you can put medium: Description in the Extra field or use Website like adamsmith says).
