Login to Zotero standalone

Hello. I've just downloaded zotero on a new pc. I can login to my account online, but can't see how to login on zotero standalone so that my library can transfer. Is there a way of doing that?

Alternatively, is there a way of inserting citations directly from the web account? Either would work.

Click the Gear icon in the menu bar in Standalone and click Preferences. Click the sync tab and enter your login details.
