Resolving WebDAV sync issues

Hi all, since a few weeks I have been - happily, I might add - using Zotero. My library though quickly exceeded the Zotero storage space limits and now I am trying to set up a webDAV through SURFdrive, which provides me with 100GB free storage through my host institution. I entered the webDAV authentication key, and Zotero says it has been set up successfully. But then, as soon as it starts to sync, I get the following error:

"HTTP 400 from WebDAV server for HTTP PUT"

When I open the extensive dialogue box, it reads:

"[JavaScript Error: "Error: HTTP 400 from WebDAV server for HTTP PUT" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/sync.js" line: 586}]"

Is there anyone who knows how to fix this? I already tried changing from http to https, but the problem persis
  • You'll need to ask your WebDAV provider for help with that — we're not able to provide support for third-party WebDAV servers, but Zotero should work with any standard server.
