In macOS Sierra, the PDF files in Zotero folder cannot be annotated anymore

In mac OS Sierra, the PDF files in Zotero folder cannot be annotated or edited anymore.
The Zotero folder is located in /Users/XXX/Library/Application Support/Zotero.
It seems that all PDF documents located in Application Support folder cannot be edited anymore.

If you put a PDF document into the /Users/XXX/Library folder, this PDF can no more be edited.

that's correct. You can move your data folder to get around this. (Advanced tab of the Zotero preferences). Zotero 5 will move the data folder on Mac.

Edit: this is a Preview setting, btw. I believe other PDF readers should still work.
