Identifier funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo liebes Zotero-Team,

bei mir funktioniert leider der "identifier" nicht mehr!
Folgende Bericht-ID wurde generiert: 2065416708

Die Eingabe z.B. folgender "DOI" führt zu einem Such-Prozess, der anscheinend nicht abbricht. Es werden überhaupt keine Einträg emher gefunden".
Bsp. DOI: 10.1111/j.1749-6632.2009.05331.x.

Wenn ihr helfen könnt, wäre das klasse!

    during saving *.pdf-documents, also no meta data is found!

    I'm pretty sure it's this: Multi-process staged rollout (1.3, extension)
    Zotero doesn't work with multi-process. Try disabling&restarting.

    Martin: If you go to about:support in the address bar, what does it say next to Multiprocess Windows? Firefox's multi-process mode shouldn't be enabled if Zotero is installed unless you've enabled it specifically.

    thank you very much for your support!
    I have solved the problem now doing this:
    Reset the "translator" and "styles" in the Zotero-Setting menu!
