Sync tags too long

Hi,
The initial sync stops after a few minutes saying that one tag is too long. I am synchronizing my whole library. I can't erase all the too long tags from my 1000 references library.
Any way it could just skip the too long tags?
Or could we get a way to process tags in an automatic way?
The tags were translated from my endnote library keywords more than a year ago...

    I've got the same problem, except with abstracts being too long.
