Word plugin - checking of existence style

Now I am editing a document which has Zotero field included. But on my computer is not installed style used in this document. Zotero offers me to select a style which has to be used in the document. For collaborative works with other colleagues will be good, if (in this case) I got info message, that there is used the style in the document which is not installed on the computer.

    Not the first time this comes up; I'm pretty sure Dan has agreed before that Zotero should handle this elegantly -- does someone remember the old thread so we don't have to go through the various considerations again?

    The thread is among the ones I've bookmarked as something good for a future version. I was thinking about a system where with custom styles, the sync process backs up the style in a way that could optionally make it available to others who partner with work on a document.
