Upgrade Storageindexing a very large collection stalled out
Indexing of my large collection of hundreds of archive.org texts has stalled out with 17,339 items indexed, 730 partial items, and 13,100 unindexed.
The numbers have been about the same for six months, possibly because I set the maximum characters at 500,000,000 to make sure that multi-volume works of parliamentary reports get entirely read. I'm running a 16GB Mac Pro with 3.6 GH 6-Core so I'm hoping it shouldn't be an impossible task, even with the big pdf's.
Any general advice on how I can encourage Zotero to get through the whole? Any pointers would be much appreciated!
I'm thinking: leave the mac up on Caffeine all night indefinitely with nothing but Zotero running?
