Zotero substituting one work's short ref for another
Hello, I'm working with Zotero in Word 2010, using Chicago full-note style. I have two works, from the same year, by the same author, with different titles. The two short refs should be, e.g.,
Meier, "Structure," 181.
Meier, "Symmetry," 514.
However, I'm noticing several problems now with these citations. It seems that whenever I insert a new citation of either, this is the short reference that is produced: Meier, "Structure," 1985, p. #. This happens regardless of whether I cite the "Structure" or "Symmetry" piece. I found the first instance where I cite one piece, and tried to replace it from my library to see if that helped, but instead the citation was replaced with the new, wrong, short version (which happened to be the wrong title; i.e., somehow pulling in the wrong short ref, in addition to adding the date, which it shouldn't).
Many thanks in advance for the help,
Bobby
