Upgrade StorageUnable to add from Gale Academic OneFile
Zotero Firefox is failing to add records for articles in Gale Academic OneFile. A status message pops up and says "saving to my library" in the bottom right corner, but does nothing. This message does not include the title of the item or pdf. The item record does not appear in my library. This fails for every item for this resource.
