Is it possible to have Zotero to generate separate lists of references?
Namely, one for a bibliography, one for a list of references and one for an appendices.
These are quite common requirements in academic writings so figured Zotero may do these things.
If so, how does one do this?

adamsmithZotero does one automated bibliography per document. You can create other lists directly from Zotero (using right-click --> create bibliography or (in the case of an appendix) by authoring in separate documents and removing field codes before merging them (that's a button in the Word add-on).
