Multi-letter initials for author names
When I generate a bibliography in the APA style for an author such as "Bornstein, Philippe", Zotero generates "Bornstein, P." rather than "Bornstein, Ph.". Is there a way to indicate that for this author I'd prefer "Ph" as the initial?

adamsmithNo, there isn't, unfortunately. You're hitting the limits of a non-markup input interface there.

Gracile(A long time ago, @fbennett agreed to add this option to his Abbreviation Plugin: https://bitbucket.org/fbennett/zotero-abbreviations/issues/2/digraph-in-french-initialization-of-given )

fbennettedited October 10, 2016Ha! When I saw Emiliano's post, I at first checked an ugly old hack I once had in there (using names entered as PHilippe). That no longer works. I had completely forgotten about Gracile's request, but that's probably a good way to go at this. Not sure when I'll get to it, with the work to adapt Juris-M to Zotero 5.0, but I'll get it back on the list.
