Word can not communicate with Zotero

I just got a new Mac. I installed Firefox, Zotero and Word 2016 but as I try to make a citation I get the message in the discussion title. I already have the Zotero Word for Mac integration. Could you help me please?

OK, first, try re-installing the Word component via the Cite pane in the Zotero preferences.
If that doesn't work could you find out where your Word Startup folder is
