Upgrade StorageError Report - "No document is open"

I attempted to insert a citation in a Word document, but when I clicked on Add/Edit Citation, I got the following error message:
This command is not available because no document is open. [getDocument:document.cpp]'This command is not available because no document is open. [getDocument:document.cpp]' when calling method: [zoteroIntegrationApplication::getDocument]
The heading is Zotero Integration Error.
Now when I try to add a citation, nothing at all happens.
