Word Plug-in Not Working: Word 2008 for Mac and Plug-in 2.0a2

I upgraded to Zotero 1.5 successfully. I installed the plug-in for Mac as directed. I do not have a tool bar for adding citations and bibliographies.

I also have Word 2004 installed on this computer.

    The Word 2008 plugin is accessible under the script icon, just to the right of "Help" in the menu bar. You can also use hot-keys to access the various citation/bibliography commands.
