Style Request: Journal of Australian Strength and Conditioning

Hi,
I'd really like some help getting a new style created for the Journal of Australian Strength and Conditioning. I have modified some existing style but can't quite get it to fit.
It needs to conform to the following standards for a journal article and book respectively.

Journal article:
Campbell, J. L., and Pedersen, O. K. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comparative Political Studies. 40(3): 307–332. 2007.

The journal title needs to be in bold. All authors are to be listed.

Book chapter:
Mares, I. Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to employers? In: Varieties of capitalism. The institutional foundations of comparative advantage. P. A. Hall and D. Soskice, eds. New York: Oxford University Press, 2007. pp. 184–213.

The book title needs to be in bold. All authors are to be listed.

Author guidelines can be found here:

ISSN 1835-7644
Dewey Number 613.7099405
Standard Number ISSN/JUN2009

I can't provide a pdf of the article but here are more examples of journal references:
