Problems adding citation to Word 2013

I am using Zotero for Mozilla on multiple computers. I have added the word plug in, but when I click any of the options in the Zotero add-in in Word (Eg 'add/edit citation', I get the following error message below. Please help!

The Word add-on doesn't work with the 64-bit version of Firefox. You can either use Zotero Standalone for writing or install the 32-bit version of Firefox.

Thanks Adam, how can I install the 32-bit version? I couldn't see an option on the home page

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#en-US (or pick your language of choice), the leftmost column.
