Cannot attach OmniOutliner files (.oo3) to Zotero
I like to use OmniOutliner to write summaries of articles. Naturally it would be nice to attach these summaries to the article in Zotero. However, this does not seem to be possible.
Dragging and dropping the .oo3 file does not work. When I right-click on the article in Zotero and choose "Add Attachment", I can find the .oo3 file. However, when I click on it, it opens up the package contents of the .oo3 file, rather than allowing me to select the parent .oo3 file itself.
How can I get Zotero to accept .oo3 files as attachments?

FWIW, I ended up creating an alias of the .oo3 file and attaching that. Double clicking on the attached link opens up the file in OmniOutliner seamlessly.
It's kind of bizarre that Zotero doesn't allow you to attach a link to a directory/file package through its own "attach link to file" option.
