Sync configuration

I am not sure if this has been asked before. I noticed that you have options of selecting 1) Sync automatically, and 2) Sync full-text content. These might be default when you first set Zotero library. My question is, if one is trying to store PDF's somewhere such as Dropbox and so on and not in Zotero server, then do you turn off the Sync full-text content option?

    No, unless you have security/privacy concerns that would want to you to not sync the indexed text of your attachments to the Zotero servers (and thus allow you to search it online and on all synced computers) you would keep that option checked.
