Upgrade Storageproblem adding citations and bibliography
Hallo, I'm a new user. i started using zotero last week and then it worked perfectly till yesterday. I added something like 100 citations and fonts to my library. now whats happening is that:
1-my old citations are all present in my library
2-i can still see the numbers of the citations in my word document
3-the new citations that i add are not being saved from the program
4-when i open my word document and click upon a citation (for example, let's say number 50) the red bar in the middle tells me the right citation, but if I click upon another one (let's say number 80) in the bar comes always the same cit. as number 50 (and so on until I close and restart the program).
5- if i click upon "add bibliografy" in word, nothing (NOTHING!) happens.
what can I do?
