Citations are not saved in word

Hi
Im a new user of Zotero, writing my thesis. Yesterday i added a few citations in my word document and saved my document. Today, when i open the document and try to add a new citation, zotero add it with number (1), the old citations arent saved !
Can someone help me please ? I try to refresh, doesnt work.

    If you press alt+F9 (alt+FN+F9 on a Mac) in a Word document with active Zotero citations, they will turn into a bunch of code. If that doesn't happen (you can try it in a new document with a single sample citation for testing), then for some reason the connection between Zotero and your Word document was broken.

    This happens most often because:
    1. The document was saved in an unsupported format such as .rtf or .odf or
    2. The document was opened and saved with software that doesn't save these field codes, such as Mac Pages or Google Docs.
