Zotero CSL item types

edited September 8, 2016
I was wondering if there was a way to differentiate between two items of the same document type (i.e. legal-case) in CSL. For instance, to have different reference output for cases from the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Justice (i.e. both would be under the document type of legal-case)? Is there an option such as a "keyword" or an "identifier" which could be used in CSL to differentiate between two items of the same category?
  • no. juris-m is designed to handle this type of stuff via a Jurisdiction selector. The complexity of those types of decisions is one of the principal reason why it currently exists as a separate project and if you're going to do international or comparative law references to any significant degree (or really for anyone doing a lot of legal references) it's the way to go:
