Book Sections inside Bookitem

Hello

I have some Booksections as Item in my ZoteroDB, and the Book itself as Zotero-item. Is it possible to have the sections inside the book. Like notes and snapshots are inside an Item?

No it's not possible. Some sort of hierarchical items are planned, but for now the best solution is to define separate items and relationships between them, as described here:
