Upgrade StorageCustomized Reports (beyond existing plugins)

I am aware of Jason Priem's Zotero Report Customizer and Emiliano Heyns's plugins, but neither offer the amount of control I'm seeking. I frequently generate reports from standalone notes, and I heavily use the "Related" field to link a given standalone note to a particular source with which it is associated. I would like to be able to generate a report from a selection of standalone notes that includes full/custom bibliographic information for each of the "related" items, rather than just the title, which would make for better legibility when viewing reports.
Curious to hear others' thoughts.
