Upgrade StorageUpgrade marks files as new?
Is it possible that when upgrading (for example 1.5b1 to 1.5b2) the storage files are marked as being "new" forcing them to be uploaded to the storage server? This may explain why sometimes I am getting old versions of storage files on my server. thanks!
