Upgrade Storagepayment on upgrade
rather than wait for August 2017 when my subscribed 6GB renews, I paid today for another 6GB which shows my next renewal as August 2018. However, it still shows that my storage is full; what does this mean? My bank has processed the payment but I still don't have the space.

dstillmanYou've used 6GB of space, so your storage is full. If you need more, you would need to purchase the unlimited plan. (If you want to change the plan you just purchased to that and get a prorated date, you can email storage@zotero.org.)

Monamok so it wasn't clear to me that storage upgrade meant not buying more of the same amount of space but paying for unlimited space. that said, I may have a different understanding of what 'unlimited' means - could you please clarify?

dstillmanWell, that link explains the actual unlimited plan. If you pay for the 6GB twice, it just extends your 6GB subscription. You have to actually subscribe to the unlimited plan to get that.
