I get an error for a particular page on lemonde.fr website. Tells me to go check know translator issues.

I'm using Zotero Standalone (4.0.29.5) with Safari connector (4.0.28). Everything is up to date, using the latest versions. Using "Le Monde" translator

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit the webpage above
2. Click the Zotero connector icon
3. I get an error

If you visit pages from other websites (i.e. http://www.lapresse.ca/international/europe/201608/26/01-5014240-france-la-justice-suspend-linterdiction-du-burkini.php) or other pages from lemonde.fr website (i.e. http://www.lemonde.fr/les-decodeurs/article/2016/07/21/petit-manuel-pour-lutter-contre-les-pensees-simplistes-apres-les-attentats_4972776_4355770.html), then no problem.

So it seems specific to that particular page.

I tested these sites with Firefox and they work for me.

Sorry my mistake, i'm not using a french GUI for Zotero. It's just that all my folder structure and entries are mostly in french.

There are metadata (I have here 47 meta tags) in that page, which will result in some data, but I don't understand why they are not recognized.

@Dan: Any idea?

I'd guess some social media or ad frame. Nothing obvious pops out, though (and I only have FF for testing here, too).

This fails for me if I try to save after the newspaper icon appears but while the page is still loading ad junk (of which there's a massive amount on this page), but it works if I try again a few seconds later. It looks like it's bound to the proper URL the first time, so not sure what's going on.
