Upgrade Storagecommunication problems with word 2010 and zotero standalone
Hi,
I know this issue has been reported and dealt with on other threads, but I think my problem is slightly different.
When attempting to use the zotero plugin in Word 2010, I get this error:
Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again.
I'm using zotero standalone. I've updated neither word nor zotero recently, and this is a brand new problem after years of success.
OS: Windows 7
Word 2010
Zotero 4.0.29.10

adamsmithUnder tools --> add-ons in Zotero, could you check if the Word integration is installed and enabled (i.e. not greyed out)?
