PDF Adding Such As Reports

Hello, I wondering how PDFs such as reports with no ISBN or DOI files such as educational reports or medical reports?

    Not sure I understand, but you can just add the PDF to Zotero (simple drag&drop, e.g.) and then try
    https://www.zotero.org/support/retrieve_pdf_metadata
    and use right-click --> Create Parent item and add the metadata manually if that fails.
