help recovering bibliography from bibtex

I have a bibtex backup of my bibliography and after some update I lost my zotero entries (maybe they can be retrieved from the firefox dir?)

Is it possible to rebuild the zotero library of references from the bibtex file?

You should start by looking for your Zotero data directory:
