Non-spaced initials
Quite often I come across journals that list the initials of authors without any spacing or punctuation between the separate initials. An example can be found here:
http://www.jbc.org/cgi/content/abstract/267/24/17458
where the first author is saved to Zotero as "Minard, KI". Zotero sees the KI as a first name instead of two initials, and all style output includes therefore only a single initial (the K). As a feature request, I would like to ask if it would make sense to upon translation convert all-caps first names to separate initials when the last name is not in all-caps (like in the example given).
