created new account but won't let me log in

Hello,

I previously created an account, but it would not accept my username and password so I created a new one, but now when I log in, it brings up my old account and not my new one with all the articles I added into that new account.

My old account is Angelah133 and my new account is ahernnadez17

Could you help?

    It looks like you have the emails for the two accounts reversed, which is probably why you couldn't log in to the old one the first time you tried.

    The account with the username Angelah133 has an ahernanadez17@ email address and vice versa.

    I tried logging into zotero with angelah133 email but it says invalid credentials, when I type the username as an email it does not let me in, but when I do it as a username it does. However, I need to get into the new one which is ahernandez17, but it won't let me log in.

    Have you tried resetting passwords? It sounds like you just have the wrong password for the account.

    Also, what exactly do you mean by "log in" -- note that the only place you can actually log in is the zotero website. The Zotero app (Firefox add-on or Standalone) syncs with an online account, but you wouldn't "log in". Which are you referring to?
